Dear Community Leaders: As you know that children are our most precious resource. Many of our youth do not have clothing to wear in the winter. I am asking you to donate to the children in the city of Cleveland and other suburbs. These children need winter coats, boots, gloves and hats. Also, school uniforms are needed. If you care about the children, please make a donation even if it is a dollar.
Sincerely:
Kimberly V. Taylor

As the Executive Producer of Fresh Faces2u, one of my primary missions is to expose new talent to the entertainment industry. This is why a majority of my readers, subscribers, and friends are involved in the entertainment industry.
I'm a strong advocate of traditional education, such as a degree from a top rated college, but I realize that college is not for every…

Arlena Richardson, is a relatively new friend, I met on We Are Creative People (see www.wacptv.ning.com) I've watched this sister selfishly put out positive, proactive and empowering information for the last year.
She exemplifies what social networking is all about; sharing, supporting, and encouraging those of us in the Black o…

Spam is a consistent problem in our online world. Now personally, I believe everyone has a right to tell you about their business/products/service. It is called free speech or in this case "Business Speech", and protected by Constitutional law. But that does not change the fact the Unsolicited Commercial E-mail or UCE is more then just an inconvenience (like traditi…

A Baby died today...
He just wanted to go out & Play...
And he did, but was gun down along the way...
Now someone had to answer that call, when eyewitness's reported they saw the child fall... And gunshots rang off the walls...
And so did come the Paramedic Man who went right to work on the child with skillful hands...
The child had been so Healthy, Strong & Full of Life, But his little body was no match for those bullets that cut through him like a knife...

As a Digital Drummer, I pass messages of interest and concern from one website to another....like the drummers of old Africa. I picked up on the story below from the BDPA (www.bdpa.org) social networking group on CollectiveX (see http://bdpa.collectivex.com/)

Dear Friends and Associates: The Cleveland Metropolitan Schools require that our youth wear dress code. This was provided free last year unfortunately this year parents have to go into their pockets to provide clothing. It was brought to my attention that a 16 year old young man cannot afford to buy a dress code outfit. I am having an event on August 23rd for school supplies. I need donations of dress code clothing. Please give if you have a heart. Sincerely: Kimberly V. TaylorPresident and Foun…

When I learned You were growing within my womb I was scared, I was young and knew I had to do it alone...
It never occured to me to kill the Blessing GOD placed within my Being...
As you grew and shared this temple I would speack to you, you were all I had...
I waited for each of your arrivals with excitment...
I would have another part of me that could never be taken away, In life or Death...
When you hurt you came to me... When you needed Love or direction, You came to me...
